Delivery options
We deliver throughout Ukraine using leading logistics services:
- Nova Poshta: delivery to branches, parcel lockers or your door by courier.
- Store pickup: you can collect your order in person at our pickup point.
➤ Delivery cost: calculated according to the carrier’s rates and paid by the customer.
Dispatch schedule
Orders are accepted for processing from 09:00 to 18:00. Orders are usually processed and handed over to the delivery service on the next business day after the order has been confirmed and the payment requirements have been met.
- Dispatch days: Monday–Friday.
- After 18:00: orders are processed on the next business day.
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday (orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday).
➤ Delivery time: 1–3 days after dispatch. Order preparation time is counted separately.
Nova Poshta
We deliver to branches, parcel lockers or your door by courier. Parcel locker delivery is subject to the weight and dimensions of the packed item.
Base delivery cost per package between branches across Ukraine:

| Over 10 kg, up to and including 30 kg | UAH 200 |
➤ Over 30 kilograms: the cost is calculated separately according to the carrier’s rates, based on the chargeable weight and delivery destination.
➤ Weight calculation: the carrier uses the greater of the actual or volumetric weight of the item including its packaging. Volumetric weight in kilograms is calculated as: box length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 4000.
➤ Additional costs: parcel locker delivery, courier delivery, delivery to villages or rural settlements and other additional services may incur extra charges. Packaging, the declared value fee and the cash-on-delivery fee, where applicable, are paid separately by the buyer and are not included in the rates above.
➤ Delivery cost: paid by the buyer. The final amount is determined when the shipment is booked, according to Nova Poshta’s current rates.
Store pickup and pickup points
Visit our stores to inspect and collect your item in person. Simply let us know about your visit in advance, and we will arrange to bring your order from the warehouse to your preferred pickup point ahead of time.

➤ Order collection: after our manager confirms that your order is ready for pickup.

Receiving and inspecting your order
To avoid misunderstandings, please inspect your order upon receipt in the presence of a delivery service representative:
- Check that all components are included and the quantity is correct.
- Check for physical damage: scratches, chips or cracks.
- Check the packaging, accompanying documents, and that the colour and model match your order.
➤ Important: if you find damage or missing components, notify the carrier’s representative, ask them to record the issue in a report and contact our store manager.
➤ After receipt: if a defect is discovered later, contact our manager and provide a description of the issue and photos. Signing the delivery receipt does not waive your rights under Ukrainian law.
Returns and exchanges
An item of satisfactory quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receipt, provided that:
- The item has not been used and shows no signs of installation or use.
- Its original condition, functionality, seals and labels have been preserved.
- You have a document confirming the purchase.

Payment methods
Payment upon receipt: pay at a Nova Poshta branch, to a Nova Poshta courier or at a store pickup point.
- Cash-on-delivery fee: UAH 20 + 2% of the cash-on-delivery amount when paying in cash or with a card issued by another bank. When paying with a NovaPay card — UAH 10 + 1%. The fee is paid by the buyer separately from the item price and delivery cost.
- No cash-on-delivery fee applies when paying at a store pickup point.
Prepayment (cashless payment):
- To a PrivatBank card: through the Privat24 app or payment terminals.
- Online payment via LiqPay: pay with Visa/Mastercard directly on the website.
- Payment against an invoice: for businesses and individuals. Please confirm the payment details and payment reference with our manager.

Important information
Item reservation: when you choose prepayment, the item is reserved for you for 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the order is automatically cancelled.
Orders under UAH 500: are dispatched only after full prepayment.
